My password has expired

Student passwords need to be reset every 12 months, and staff passwords need to be reset every 24 months. The reason for this difference is that the password requirements are slightly different.

MMU will send you reminders in the days leading up to your password expiry date, and it is recommended that you reset your password before that date.
