ONE UF is an electronic portal where University of Florida students, staff, and faculty can access self-service applications on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

It is your central point for accessing self-service functionality.

UF One services include Time Approval, Campus Finances, Schedule of Courses, Grades, Registration, Drop/Add, My Schedule (UF Calendar), degree audit, and much more.

As the University continues to further modernize its systems, including UF Canvas, UF One will become the “one-stop-shop” for all UF constituents.

How to log into UF One

To log into One UF;

  1. Navigate to one.uf.edu.
  2. Click on “Log in with GatorLink“.
  3. On the Self-Service Portal login page, enter your GatorLink username.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Finally, click on the “LOGIN” button to access your dashboard.

The self-service portal works on any modern web browser on your smartphone, tablet, and desktops.

What is One UF degree audit?

The degree audit (also referred to as Universal Tracking-UT) is an online electronic system that monitors the progress of all undergraduate majors toward graduation.

The degree audit helps students find the best academic path to complete their degree, provides academic advice for choosing the most appropriate major as soon as possible.

It also provides feedback each semester on academic progress. If you have questions concerning the degree audit you should speak with your academic advisor.

You can view your degree audit by visiting One UF and clicking on Degree Audits under My Online Services (left-hand menu).

How to find your affiliation via UF One

You can find your UF Primary Affiliation by logging in to the one.uf website.

  1. Click “Log in with Gatorlink”.
  2. Once logged in, click the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Directory Profile” from the pop-up menu.
  4. Primary Affiliation is listed in the “Other Attributes” section.
