TAMU a&m move-in day fall 2023
TAMU a&m Move-in day 2023 for fall semester is from August 17 2023 to August 23 2023 depending on where you’re living on campus and will be scheduled first-come-first-serve.
According to the TAMU academic calendar, you will schedule your Check-In Appointment in myHousing Portal. Whether you are a freshman or continuing student, ensure you complete the Annual Housing Orientation, also accessed in myHousing Portal before scheduling your Check-In Appointment.
At your check-in appointment, which takes place in person, you will check in to your hall or apartment and receive your key. You will need to bring your TAMU ID or another photo ID to check-in.
Once you have checked in, you can move your belongings into your room/apartment right then, or at another time that is convenient to you.
You don’t have to move all your belongings in during your appointment time. You will receive details on where your specific check-in will take place in early August. Constantly check the TAMU academic calendar to see if there are any changes.
If you have not yet received your TAMU ID and your photo has been approved, you should receive it at your hall/apartment check-in appointment. If your photo has not been approved, you will receive a temporary access card that will grant you entrance to your hall/apartment building.

TAMU final exam schedule
All semester examinations are to be given in accordance with the schedule published by the Office of the Registrar on the TAMU academic calendar.
The final examination shall be designed to cover a period not to exceed two hours. Courses carrying one credit hour of theory or practice shall have one hour examinations given during the last class period.
When a student is scheduled for three final examinations in one day, the student may request rescheduling of one of the examinations through his/her dean.
The dean, department head, and faculty member will make every effort to accommodate the student when such a request is made.
Final examinations for classes meeting at times other than those listed above in the tamu academic calendar will be scheduled during the week of finals at a time agreed upon by the faculty member and students.
All students who are co-enrolled at other institutions should compare the finals schedules at those institutions with their TAMU finals and discuss potential conflicts with their professors well in advance of the scheduled exams.
