UF transcript is a comprehensive record of an individual’s academic progress at the University of Florida. Your name will appear on your transcript as it appears on your university record.
The Office of the University Registrar maintains transcripts for all current and former students. All University of Florida students born in 1956 or later should order their official transcript on ONE UF for the most expeditious service.
Official UF transcripts ordered on ONE.UF is mailed out the following business day. To order online you will need a valid GatorLink username and password and credit card.

How to view your unofficial transcripts
- Go to one.uf.edu
- Click on “Transcripts”.
- Click on “Current Students”.
- Login with your Gatorlink username and password.
- Click on “View and/or print my unofficial transcript.”
How to order your official transcripts
To order your UF transcripts,
- Go to One.UF
- Click on “Transcripts”
- Click on “Current Students” or “Former Students”
- Follow the steps to order your official transcripts from the registrar.
If you are a former student or alumni with a GatorLink account, but no longer have access, should contact the GatorLink Help Desk at 352-392-4357 to reactivate your account.
Former Students born in 1955 or earlier may need their transcripts moved to the online format before they can be ordered and mailed.
Your UF transcripts cannot be ordered by fax, telephone, or e-mail since payment is required.

Before you place your order, review your unofficial transcript to verify that your most recent grades, grade changes, degree remarks, etc. are posted.
While the unofficial transcript may not be accepted by other institutions or potential employers as an official UF transcript, it is available for your immediate review and you can also screen print a copy.
Transcripts cannot be ordered by email/telephone/fax, cannot be emailed/sent to the student as PDFs, and cannot be held for printing on a future date.
UF will mail official transcripts only. “Official” indicates the transcript is printed on security paper that includes tests for authenticity.
The transcript is also placed individually in University of Florida envelopes sealed with the University Registrar’s stamp and signature across the envelope flap.
All payments are non-refundable. UF Transcripts payments options:

- Diner’s Club,
- In-person/mail with check/money order.
Credit card payments must be made from your personal device (smartphone, laptop, etc.).
