ERAU Academic Calendar 2024-2025: Important Dates

1. ERAU fall 2024 move-in for Incoming First-Year Students is on August 18, 2024, and August 19, 2024. Orientation Check-In and Housing Move-In occur on the same dates. Sign-ups for check-in are available now on the orientation website. Returning Students’ Housing Move-In is on August 23, August 24, and August 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Student Village Atrium.
2. ERAU Fall 2024 Classes Start on August 26, 2024.
3. Labor Day Holiday on September 2, 2024. There are no classes.
4. Preliminary No Classes on October 8, 2024, due to the Industry/Career Expo.
5. ERAU Fall 2024 Add/Drop Ends on October 17, 2024.
6. ERAU Fall Break 2024 is from October 17, 2024, to October 18, 2024.
7. Veterans Day is Observed on November 11, 2024, and there are no classes.
8. The last day to Withdraw is November 14, 2024.
9. ERAU Thanksgiving Break 2024 is from November 27 to November 29, 2024.
10. The last Day of Classes is on December 5, 2024.
11. Study Day is scheduled for December 6, 2024.
12. Final Examinations are scheduled from December 7 to December 11, 2024.
13. ERAU Graduation 2024 and Commencement takes place on December 12, 2024.
14. ERAU winter break 2024 is from December 12, 2024, to January 7, 2025.

1. Spring 2024 Online course registration is open from January 4, 2024, to February 9, 2024.
2. Initial rosters from instructors are due in the first 10 days of the semester.
3. ERAU Spring 2024 Classes start on January 10, 2024.
4. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is observed on January 15, 2024.
5. Parental consent forms are due to ERAU on January 30, 2024.
6. Verified rosters are due to ERAU on February 16, 2024.
7. The last day to drop a course is February 19, 2024.
8. Presidents Day is observed on February 19, 2024.
9. ERAU Spring Break 2024 is from March 11 to March 15, 2024.
10. Midterm grades are due on March 29, 2024.
11. The last day for a student to withdraw with a W grade is April 5, 2024.
12. The last day of classes is on April 25, 2024.

14. Final exams are scheduled from April 27 to May 1, 2024.
15. The last day for certification testing/reimbursement requests is on May 22, 2024.
16. EOC surveys are conducted from May 3, 2024, to May 24, 2024.
17. Undergraduate Commencement is on May 6, 2024.
18. Graduate Commencement is on May 7, 2024.
19. Grade rosters open on May 17, 2024.
20. Final grades are due on June 14, 2024.
