2. Friday, September 1, 2023 is the Last day to complete late registration; the last day to add a course(s) or make section changes; last day to drop individual courses via XE Registration without receiving W (Withdrawn) grade on academic record. Last day to Web Drop courses via XE Registration and receive 100% cancellation of tuition and fees.
3. Labor Day holiday is Monday, September 4, 2023.
4. Sunday, September 11, 2023 is CampusCare Waiver deadline, according to UIC academic calendar 2023-2024. 
5. Friday, October 27, 2023 is the Last day for undergraduate students to use optional late drop in college office and receive grade of W on academic record.
6. UIC Thanksgiving break 2023 is from Thursday, November 23, 2023, to Friday, November 24, 2023. 
7. Fall 2023 classes end on Friday, December 1, 2023.
8. Final exams is from Monday, December 4, 2023, to Friday, December 8, 2023.
9. Instructor grading deadline for 16-week courses (5 p.m.) is Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
10. Fall 2023 grades are available via my.UIC.edu on Monday, December 18, 2023.
11. UIC winter break 2023 is from Saturday, December 9, 2023 to Sunday, January 7, 2024.

2. Monday, January 16, 2023 is Martin Luther King J.R Day Holiday.
3. Friday, January 20 2023 is the last day to complete late registration; last day to add a course(s) or make section changes; last day to drop individual courses via XE Registration without receiving W (Withdrawn) grade on academic record. Last day to Web Drop courses via XE Registration and receive 100% cancellation of tuition and fees.
4. Sunday, February 5 2023 is CampusCare Waiver deadline. Check out UIC blackboard.
5. Friday, March 17 2023 is the last day for undergraduate students to use optional late drop in college office and receive grade of W on academic record.
6. UIC Spring break 2023 is Monday, March 20 2023 to Friday, March 24 2023.
7. Spring classes end on Friday, April 28 2023.
8. Final examinations period is Monday, May 1 2023 to Friday, May 5 2023.
9. Grades are available via my.UIC.edu on Monday, May 15 2023.

UIC academic calendar Summer Session 2022

Summer Session is divided into Summer Session 1 (4-Week Session) and Summer Session 2 (8-Week Session).

Summer Session 1

1. Summer Session 1 classes begin on Monday, May 16 2022.
2. Wednesday, May 18 2022 is the Last day to complete late registration for Summer Session 1; last day to add a course(s) or make section changes; last day to drop individual Summer Session 1 courses via XE Registration without receiving W (Withdrawn) grade on academic record. Last day to Web Drop Summer Session 1 courses via XE Registration and receive 100% cancellation of tuition and fees.
3. Monday, May 30, 2022 is Memorial Day holiday. It is also CampusCare Waiver deadline.
4. Wednesday, June 1 2022 is the last day for undergraduate students to use optional late drop for a Summer Session 1 course in college office and receive grade of W on academic record according to the UIC academic calendar.
5. Instruction ends for Summer Session 1 on Thursday, June 9 2022.
6. Final examinations for Summer Session 1 is Friday June 10 2022.

Summer Session 2

1. Summer session 2 classes begin on Monday, June 13 2022.
2. Friday, June 17 2022 is the Last day to complete late registration for Summer Session 2; last day to add a course(s) or make section changes; last day to drop individual Summer Session 2 courses via XE Registration without receiving W (Withdrawn) grade on academic record. Last day to Web Drop courses via XE Registration and receive 100% cancellation of tuition and fees.
3. Monday, July 4 2022 is Independence Day holiday.
4. Friday July 15 is the Last day for undergraduate students to use optional late drop for a Summer Session 2 course in college office and receive grade of W on academic record.
5. Instruction ends for Summer Session 2 on Wednesday August 3 2022.
