A student portal is a login page where students can provide a username and password to gain access to an education organization’s programs and other learning-related materials.
University web portals have personalized login for their student, to have access to their academic info.
There are so many different student portal names. Of course, we can’t go through it all. We’ll go through the ones with interesting names.

Blazernet
UAB Blazernet is the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s student information portal. UAB students can log in to register, check their grades, access UAB canvas, etc.
OneStop
APSU OneStop is the student information portal for Austin Peay State University students. It gives APSU students complete access to Financial Aid, Course Registration, and Readiness checklist.
CUIMS
CUIMS is the student portal for the students of Chandigarh University in India.
CUIMS stands for Chandigarh University Information Management System.
With Cuims, students will be able to see the latest announcements about their studies, university news, etc. They can also see their attendance and fee status on the UIMS.
Acorn
Acorn UOFT is the Student Information System of the University of Toronto. ACORN stands for Accessible Campus Online Resources Network.
It is a web-based tool that stores all U of T students’ records – academic, personal, and financial. UofT’s Acorn was released to students on June 22, 2015.
CAESAR
Northwestern CAESAR is a system of record for student data at Northwestern University. Students, faculty, advisers, parents, guardians, and staff use CAESAR student portal to manage classes and grades, pay bills, view financial aid and the Northwestern academic calendar, process admissions, and maintain demographic data.
CUNYFirst
CUNYfirst is a student information, registration, and administrative system for students of the City University of New York (CUNY).
CUNYFirst stands for City University of New York Fully Integrated Resources and Services Tool.
The university student portal is a CUNY-wide, web-based, system used by all students from Hunter, queens college, Baruch, BMCC, Lehman College, John Jay, CUNY City Tech, and LaGuardia Community College to register for courses, pay bills, manage personal information, file for graduation and more.
MyMav
MyMav, the University of Texas at Arlington’s student information system, provides efficient, secure, and user-friendly access to manage virtually every aspect of a student’s college career.
UT Arlington’s Student Information System is used to register, pay your bills, accept your financial aid, add/drop class, check your grades, view your degree audit, and a host of other functions.
myEOL
My Eagles Online, commonly called “myEOL,” or NCCU EOL is a student portal designed to help North Carolina Central University students, faculty, and staff access their resources.
CMU SIO
Carnegie Mellon University’s Student Information Online, CMU SIO is a secure online portal and essential resource CMU students will frequently visit and use throughout their academic career.
Within SIO, students can view grades, QPA, and enrollment status, order CMU transcripts, and verifications plan course schedules, and complete course registration activities (add/drop courses, view waitlist history, etc.).
Students log in using their Andrew userID (AndrewID) and password.
Catalyst
UC Catalyst is the University of Cincinnati student information system. This online resource and student portal is the entry point to your academic record, university billing, financial aid, and more.
StuInfo
StuInfo is a gateway to academic records, resources, and tools at Michigan State University. The Student Information System (SIS) supports students throughout their academic journey at MSU as well as the staff who assist them.
SOLUS
The Queens SOLUS Student Centre is designed to provide Queens University students with the tools to manage all of their academic, financial, contact, and admission details during and after an academic career at Queen’s.
SOLUS is a Gaelic word that means “knowledge and light“. It also stands for “Student On-Line University System.”
Direct
EKU Direct is the student portal or connection to campus services at Eastern Kentucky University. These services include activating your EKU email account, registering for classes, obtaining a parking permit, and much more.
ANU ISIS
ANU ISIS is the Australian National University system that allows students to enrol in courses, view invoices, check grades, confirm graduation eligibility, pay fees, submit commonwealth assistance forms (CAF), and maintain personal information.
ISIS stands for Interactive Student Information System.
UMass SPIRE
UMass SPIRE is the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s student information system. It allows students to register for classes, manage housing assignments, university finances, and more.
The SPIRE login page also includes links to other UMass Amherst tools and services (including email, moodle, blackboard, peoplefinder, and the go.umass web app) at the top right of the page.
UWinsite
UWinsite Student is the University of Windsor’s student information platform. It replaced the Student Information System which was commonly known on campus as SIS, Forte, or myUWindsor.ca.
UWinsite Student is built on Campus Solutions, an Oracle PeopleSoft product used at post-secondary institutions across North America and beyond.
UWinsite went live in 2018 after the University of Windsor undertook a multi-year journey to modernize its business processes and replace several core systems with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
It includes modules for student records, admissions, academic advising, convocation, student financials, and financial aid.
SOLAR
SOLAR Stony Brook is the University’s enterprise-wide, self-service system which provides faculty, staff, and students with online access to manage personal information.
SOLAR stands for Student On-Line Access to Records.
Students use Stony Brook University’s SOLAR to register for classes, print schedules, view, and pay bills, update personal contact information, view transcripts, and submit student employment timesheets.
Howdy
TAMU’s Howdy portal is a comprehensive web portal connecting students, applicants, faculty, staff, parents, and former students to their web-based services at Texas A&M University.
With just one login to Howdy at howdy.tamu.edu, TAMU students can access their university records and other applications.
ACES
Alamo ACES portal is a secure portal that provides students, staff, and faculty with access to various applications using a single sign-on.
ACES stands for Alamo Colleges Educational Services.
As an ACES user, you will have access to register for classes, financial aid information, email, library resources, and online courses.
DeakinSync
DeakinSync is your online student login portal that gives you access to everything you need at Deakin University.
Deakin college portal is personalized to meet students’ needs throughout their life Deakin University.
Students can access CloudDeakin and StudentConnect via DeakinSync, as well as their email, calendar, Office365, and other productivity and collaboration tools.
Pathway
UMKC Pathway is the main tool students at the University of Missouri-Kansas City use to register for classes, view grades, and update contact information, among other functions.
AidLink
SDSU AidLink is a secure online system that gives San Diego State University students 24-hour access to their financial aid records and SDSU scholarship application(s). SDSU students use it to check their email, apply for financial aid, etc.
OASIS
Curtin OASIS is a secure web portal provided to all Curtin University students. OASIS stands for Online Access to Student Information Services.
Raiderlink
Raiderlink is an online campus student portal to link TTU students to the resources they need at Texas Tech University.
TTU Raiderlink portal provides access to Registrar resources such as class registration and grading, TechMail, announcements, leave status, Transportation & Parking Services, and much more.
Albert
NYU Albert is a portal to the student information system at New York University. There is also a mobile version of Albert NYU. Students and advisors use Albert to register for courses, check prerequisites, grades, financial aid status, and more.
ASAP
UTSA ASAP is the student portal that allows access to most student information and academic records at UTSA.
ASAP stands for Automated Student Access Program and is pronounced as “a-sap“. It is the student portal for the students of the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Omnivox
Omnivox Dawson is an online portal service that is used by Dawson College, Canada. This management tool helps students and teachers to have better communication and share documentation. It also provides many online services to students and teachers.
Omnivox is also used by most institutions in Quebec, Canada. Vanier College, Matrix College, Maisonneuve College, Ahuntsic College, garneau College, Edouard College, etc.
CalCentral
CalCentral is an online portal that is used by UC Berkeley students to enrol in classes, pay bills, and claim financial aid.
It brings together student data into a personalized, mobile-friendly dashboard and digital assistant, drawing from dozens of campus sources.
Students, instructors, and staff can check their campus email, UC Berkeley calendar, bCourses, Course Capture, and more directly within CalCentral.
Wolverine Access
Wolverine Access is a quick, convenient way for current and prospective University of Michigan students to access password-protected personal university information, including financial aid documents, notices, and student account statements.
University of Michigan students can access the portal with their Uniqname and password.
LionPATH
LionPATH is Penn State University’s student information system. Penn State students use Lionpath to accept financial aid, enrol in classes, pay bills, access transcripts, and much more.
DuckWeb
DuckWeb is the University of Oregon’s interactive information system for students, faculty, and staff. The student portal allows current students to view and update personal data, register for classes, and accept financial aid awards. Depending on when you applied for admission, you will be given access to DuckWeb before beginning classes at the UO.
When you applied for admission to the UO, the Office of Admissions sent you a letter or email with your UO ID (a number in this format: 95XXXXXXX) and Personal Access Code (PAC). Use your ID and PAC to access DuckWeb.
GOLD
UCSB GOLD is a student online registration account or an enrollment system used at UC Santa Barbara to enrol in classes, check important enrollment information, deadlines, and search for classes.
GOLD stands for “Gaucho On-Line Data”. To use GOLD (Gaucho On-Line Data System) UCSB students must activate their U-Mail account and UCSBnetID. Check out GauchoSpace Learning Management System.
My Eagle
HCC My Eagle also referred to as HCC login is a portal where current Houston Community College students, faculty, and staff can access Student System, Course Catalog, Class Search, Campus Map, News, Library to Go, Calendar & Events, Learning Web, and Student Life. HCC My Eagle is an Oracle platform.
HokieSPA
HokieSPA is Virginia Tech’s student portal. Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University students use HokieSPA to update their contact information and view their academic records, including requesting transcripts.
You’ll need a VT Username (a unique identifier) and passphrase to grant you access to HokieSPA, Canvas, OneCampus, Office365, Google Suite, and more.
UAccess
UAccess is a password-protected student portal that allows University of Arizona students to access personal and academic information and transact university business online.
A UA NetID and password are required for login. UAccess enables students to view and change their academic and personal information.
Corsair Connect
Corsair Connect is an online student self-service system where Santa Monica College students can access their class schedule, SMC student email, add and drop classes, pay their fees, apply for financial aid, view their student records, and keep up to date with course dates and deadlines.
What does the word “Corsair” mean?
The name of the SMC athletic team is “The Corsairs.” The word means “pirate” or “privateer.” Specifically, a historical “Corsair” was a Barbary Coast pirate or French privateer from about the 1400s to the 1600s.
Testudo
Testudo is a portal that allows the University of Maryland (UMD) students to register for classes, access unofficial transcripts, check grades, apply for graduation, and do many other tasks. It also provides limited access for alumni and parents.
The interactive web portal allows current students to complete their course registration and academic record transactions.
Services available on Testudo include Registration (Add/drop courses), Degree Audit (uAchieve), Graduation Application & Diploma Status, Transcript/Enrollment Certification request, Unofficial Transcript, and Waitlist Check-In.
LancerPoint
LancerPoint is Pasadena City College’s student portal. It’s where PCC students go to register for classes, find out about their financial aid award, access the official PCC email, and many more.
GoCSN
GoCSN is a single sign-on application that allows College of Southern Nevada students to access their CSN and personal applications (like MyCSN) from one site and one login.
The “MyCSN” student portal is a “one-stop” gateway for accessing many college applications and tools.
myLonestar
myLonestar, also known as iStar, is the student login portal for Lone Star College. It is used to access Lonestar email, and academic profiles, change your degree, check courses, enrol in classes, upload immunization records, access D2L, and other vital educational resources.
My slice
Syracuse University’s My slice is the official service portal for academic, financial, employment, and administrative matters at Syracuse University.
Students can register for classes, view grades, pay Bursar bills, select housing, and meal plans, and more.
Students also log in to access their SUMail, MySlice, Blackboard, SUShare, and more or access the school’s intranet.
GoldLink
ETSU GoldLink is East Tennessee State University’s Portal giving students, employees, and faculty 24/7 access to their accounts and records. Undergraduate and Graduate applicants can also check the status of their applications.
Students can look up and register for courses, pay fees, check ETSU financial aid status, check grades, and maintain certain contact information.
S.A.I.L
TAMUCC SAIL is a secure student portal where you can access your student, academic, and financial aid records at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
By logging into S.A.I.L., students gain online access to Maintain their contact information, Register for classes, accept financial aid awards, view unofficial transcripts, grades, and class schedules, Request transcripts electronically, pay tuition, and more.
KeanWise
KeanWise is Kean University’s information portal for students to access their grades, schedules, financial aid information, and every other essential for their experience at the university.
Every student at Kean will have to utilize KeanWise at some point in their journey. It is an essential platform consisting of everything from students’ grades to their schedules and financial aid.
NYUHome
NYUHome is New York University’s leading web portal. Once authenticated with NYU NetID and password, the site provides students access to various academic, work, and university life services.
NYUHome also provides the ability for students to search and browse the profiles of people in the NYU Community and manage their profile and their visibility to others.
Each service card in NYUHome provides access to a service. Some are Activity Feed cards: dynamic displays of information (for example, NYU Calendar, BrightSpace, NYU Classes, NYU Drive, NYU Albert, and NYU Email), while others are static gateways to services (for example, NYU Groups, Lynda.com, Web Publishing).
OSCAR
Gatech OSCAR is Georgia Tech’s web access system which provides students with resources for registration, secure access to the student information system, schedule of classes, Georgia Tech Academic Calendar, Gatech Canvas, etc.
OSCAR is an acronym for “Online Student Computer Assisted Registration.”
Buff Portal
Buff Portal is CU Boulder’s online student portal. It replaced the student tab in MyCUInfo on December 30, 2019. Buff Portal was developed by the Unified Student Experience (USE) project using an Angular application that uses RESTful APIs.
The Unified Student Experience (USE) is a campus-wide project at the University of Colorado Boulder that aims to unify the online and in-person CU Boulder student experience. It aims to transform today’s fragmented digital and physical student support landscape by creating a seamless student experience.
